We are in the middle of a major modernization journey and are strengthening our SAP Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will work deeply within our SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) landscape - strengthening our development capabilities, ensuring robust modeling practices, and contributing to our future transition toward SAP Business Data Cloud.

 

We welcome both experienced Solution Architects who enjoy working hands‑on and developers who want to grow into such a role. If you already have architecture experience, you will help lead modeling standards and platform design from day one. If you join from a developer background, you will follow a clear growth path toward becoming a Solution Architect while staying close to technology throughout.

 

Your main responsibilities

 

SAP Datasphere

• Contribute to the design, development and maintenance of SAP Datasphere solutions for data integration, data modeling and data management.
• Build high‑performance analytical models with strong focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Maximize the use of SAP standard content - both when extracting data from SAP source systems and when designing models and artifacts within SAP Datasphere.
• (When ready) Take on broader architectural responsibilities, including quality assurance, contributing to modeling standards and architectural decisions.

 

SAP Analytics Cloud

• Develop SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) content such as dashboards, stories and models.
• Support and implement advanced analytics scenarios, including predictive and planning‑oriented use cases.
• Explore new SAC features and evaluate how they can be used to create business value, driving continuous improvement in our analytics capabilities.
• (When ready) Define SAC design guidelines, ensure best‑practice modeling, and guide how SAC is used across the organization.

 

About the position

• You can be based at any of our sites in Sweden: Gävle, Gruvön, Frövi, Skärblacka, Karlsborg, or Stockholm/Solna.
• Travel to our head office in Solna will occur.
• A Swedish work permit is required. Relocation packages are not offered.

Kvalifikationer

To succeed in this role, we believe you have

• Several years of experience working within SAP environments
• Experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• A solid understanding of SAP data models and how business processes are implemented
• Knowledge of data warehousing principles and modeling patterns
• roficient in English, both spoken and written

 

It’s also a merit if you have

• Background with other SAP Cloud solutions (e.g. HANA Cloud, Data Intelligence, BTP)
• Experience working with CDS views or a strong understanding of the CDS concept
• Basic SQL skills
• Understanding of Data Product concepts in modern analytics landscape
