Head of Sales – Access Management / Pointsharp / Stockholm

About the job

We are now looking for a commercially driven and business-oriented Head of Sales to lead and scale the Access Management offering at Pointsharp.

In this role, you will report to the CSO and take full ownership of driving growth, shaping the commercial strategy, and leading the sales organization within Access Management. It’s a central part of Pointsharp’s IAM portfolio and a key component of the company’s future growth journey. Examples of some of your missions will be to strengthen the commercial approach, increase scalability and accelerate growth.

Leading an established international sales team, you will work closely with product, delivery, and partners to create alignment and drive the business forward.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic direction with hands-on execution and who wants to build, not just manage.

Desired location is Stockholm, with the ability to travel within Europe.

What you will do:

As Head of Sales AM, you will take ownership of developing and driving the business forward. You will shape and refine the commercial strategy, ensure a strong pipeline, and take responsibility for revenue development across key markets.

A central part of the role is leading and developing the sales team, currently consisting of around 10 people across Sweden and Germany. You will focus on strengthening ways of working, creating clarity in the sales process, and enabling the team to perform at a consistently high level.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving growth and business development within the Access Management offering

  • Owning pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets

  • Leading and developing the sales team and overall performance

  • Engaging in key enterprise deals and strategic customer dialogues

  • Strengthening structure, governance, and sales ways of working

  • Collaborating closely with product, delivery, and marketing

  • Contributing to a more data-driven and RevOps-oriented setup

What you will bring

We believe you have a strong foundation in B2B sales within IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity, combined with experience from leading teams and driving growth in complex environments.

You are comfortable navigating long sales cycles and engaging with senior stakeholders, and you understand how to position technical solutions in a business-relevant way.

Desired background:

  • Experience from complex solution sales within IT / SaaS / cybersecurity

  • Proven leadership experience with responsibility for sales teams

  • Track record of driving growth and building strong pipelines

  • Experience from enterprise sales and C-level engagement

  • Understanding of IAM / Access Management or related domains

  • Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value

  • Fluency in Swedish and professional English
