We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join the Global Cybersecurity Operations team at Skanska Group HQ. In this role, you will play a key part in detecting, investigating, and responding to cybersecurity incidents across a large and complex global IT environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesIncident Response: Lead the detection, investigation, and response to cybersecurity incidents across the enterprise, acting as CSIRT Lead during major incidents when required.
Security Monitoring & Analysis: Perform advanced security event monitoring and investigation, including forensic-level analysis.
Automation & SOAR: Develop and improve SOAR capabilities through automation, playbooks, and workflows.
Threat Management: Identify and manage threats while strengthening proactive detection capabilities based on threat intel data and other sources.
Security Improvement: Drive continuous improvements of cybersecurity services, leveraging automation and AI where relevant.
Governance & Compliance: Support security audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities related to frameworks such as GDPR and ISO.
Collaboration: Work closely with cybersecurity engineers, IT teams, and stakeholders while contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements· Experience: 2–5 years of L2/L3 experience in a cybersecurity operations environment
· Incident Response: Hands-on experience with leading major cybersecurity incidents all the way from first detection to remediation to post-incident review.
· Security Analysis: Experience performing advanced security event analysis and forensic-level investigations
· Security Technologies: Experience with security tools such as:
Azure and Microsoft 365 security
Cloud and endpoint security tools
SIEM and SOAR platforms
Network and email security technologies
· Frameworks: Experience working with security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or ISO
· Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements
· Citizenship: Swedish citizenship is required
· Language: Fluency in English; Swedish is meritorious
· Security certifications from GIAC, or CISSP, CSSP or equivalent
· Experience with SOC automation and AI-driven security operations
· Understanding of IT environments within the construction industry
