Your Role

As a Project Manager – Power & Grid, you will lead the planning, engineering, and deployment of charging infrastructure projects. You will take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, from feasibility and technical design through construction and handover. 

In this role, you combine project delivery leadership with strong technical expertise in power systems and grid integration. You will lead the technical design and feasibility of charging solutions while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, utilities, and customers to ensure successful deployment. 

This is a delivery-focused role with significant technical ownership, where you ensure seamless execution of complex infrastructure projects while shaping technically robust and scalable charging solutions. 

Your Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Deployment 

  • Lead the end-to-end deployment of charging infrastructure projects from planning to completion 
  • Conduct site assessments and evaluate project feasibility, including timelines, design considerations, and budget input 
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery 
  • Manage permitting processes, design compliance, and site readiness 
  • Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure safety, quality, and timeline adherence 
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track 
  • Manage project handover to Service & Operations after completion 

Technical & Grid Integration 

  • Perform electrical design and engineering for charging infrastructure projects 
  • Perform power system calculations (AC/DC), including capacity assessments and protection sizing 
  • Design power distribution concepts, including DC cabling and electrical system architecture 
  • Develop technical specifications, system diagrams, and engineering documentation 
  • Coordinate with grid operators and utilities to secure power supply and connection capacity 
  • Provide technical guidance in customer discussions and support solution design and cost estimates 
Your Profile

We are looking for someone who combines strong electrical engineering expertise with the ability to lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution. You are comfortable working at the intersection of technical design, project delivery, and stakeholder coordination. 

 

Technical Competence 

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar relevant field 
  • Experience with electrical infrastructure, power systems, or grid-connected systems 
  • Strong understanding of AC/DC power systems, power distribution, and protection principles 
  • Experience with electrical design, system calculations, and engineering documentation and familiarity with engineering tools such as CAD, Febdok, ELVIS, or similar

Project & Delivery Experience 

  • Experience delivering infrastructure, energy, or electrical projects from planning through construction 
  • Ability to coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders 
  • Experience working with permitting processes and technical compliance 
  • Strong communication skills and a structured approach to managing complex technical projects 

Communication & Mobility 

  • Fluent in Swedish and English with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Norwegian is a plus.  
  • Open to regular travel, averaging around 40%
