Key Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will drive end to end delivery: planning, governance, stakeholder management, scope/risk control, benefits realization, executive reporting, and coordination across Security, IT, Legal, Compliance, HR, and business functions.

Program Planning & Delivery

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, scope, milestones, dependency maps, and resource forecasts.
  • Orchestrate pilot → scale rollout for classification/labelling, then phased controls (e.g., audit mode → monitor → enforce).
  • Coordinate the configuration and deployment of Sensitivity Labels, Label Policies, Auto‑labelling, Sensitive Information Types (SITs) (incl. custom/trainable), Endpoint DLP, Cloud DLP (SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams/Exchange), ServiceNow/defect workflows.
  • Work with Product Owners and Security Engineering to define success criteria, control configurations, and change windows.

Governance & Compliance

  • Operate within Atlas Copco project governance standards: stage gates, approvals, RAID, change control, and benefits tracking.
  • Ensure alignment with security policies (e.g., Data Classification Standard, Acceptable Use), and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, sectoral/country specifics).
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation: Design Decisions (ADRs), Solution Overviews, Data Flow Diagrams, Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIA) where required.

Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management

  • Maintain a RAID log with clear owners, dates, and mitigations.
  • Drive impact assessments for DLP false positives/negatives and business process friction; facilitate tuning cycles with telemetry.
  • Manage dependencies with M365 platform, Azure AD/Entra, Defender, MDM/Intune, network/security, business applications, and local IT.

Stakeholder Management & Communications

  • Map and engage stakeholders (Security, IT Ops, Architecture, Data Protection/Legal, HR, BU leaders, Change/Comms).
  • Chair or contribute to Steering Committees, Design Forums, Change Advisory Boards (CAB), and Adoption Working Groups.
  • Collaborate with Group IT Communications team to create and run a communications plan (executive updates, site leader briefings, user‑facing comms, champions networks).
  • Coordinate training (e.g., labelling basics, handling DLP policy tips, exception/request processes).

Reporting & Executive Readouts

  • Produce monthly status reports, executive board packs, milestone burndown, KPI dashboards, and adoption/telemetry summaries.
  • Synthesize value metrics (e.g., reduction in high‑risk data egress, % of data labelled, DLP incidents triaged/resolved, false‑positive rate, policy tuning cycles).

Financials & Commercials

  • Track budget, actuals, and forecasts; manage SOWs, vendor engagement (Microsoft/partners)

Handover

  • Define operational runbooks, handover criteria, and KPIs for Security Operations / Platform Ops.
  • Establish continuous improvement cadence (policy updates, new classifiers, ongoing tuning).

To succeed, you will need

  • 6–10+ years of Project/Program Management in enterprise technology and security, information protection, or M365.
  • Strong command of PMO governance, RAID/change control, and benefits tracking.
  • Demonstrable experience running telemetry‑driven, risk‑based rollouts at scale.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across security, legal, HR, IT, and business functions.
  • Proficiency with M365, Azure DevOps / Jira, Power BI, Project/Planner, SharePoint, ServiceNow (or equivalent).

Preferred

  • Certification(s): PMP/Prince2, Agile/Scrum
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001/27701, NIS2, GDPR/DPIA.
  • Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments and multi‑jurisdictional data protection.

Key Deliverables

  • Program Charter and signed Business Case with measurable outcomes.
  • Integrated Plan with scope, milestones, critical path, and dependencies.
  • Solution Design Pack (controls catalogue, policy matrix, SITs, label taxonomy, decision log).
  • Pilot Exit Report with telemetry insights and scaling recommendations.
  • Phased Rollout Plan (waves by business unit/region, opt‑in/opt‑out governance).
  • Change & Comms Plan, Training Materials, User Guides (e.g., labelling how‑to, DLP notifications).
  • Operational Handover (runbooks, SOPs, RACI, support models, SLAs).
  • Monthly Status Reports and Executive Board Packs.
  • Benefits Realization Report (value delivered vs. baseline).

Success Metrics / KPIs

  • Coverage: % users/devices/apps under labelling; % data labelled; % policies deployed.
  • Risk Reduction: Reduction in high‑risk exfiltration attempts, blocked events, and sensitive data exposure.
  • Quality: False positive rate and time‑to-tune reduction across waves.
  • Adoption: Training completion, policy tip acknowledgement, and label usage by role/team.
  • Velocity: Milestones on time; changes managed within SLA.
  • Satisfaction: Stakeholder CSAT; business impact incidents resolved within SLA.
