The role

We're looking for a Manager of Digital Workplace & IT Infrastructure who will take operational ownership and elevate how technology enables our employees across the Nordics every day.

This is a role where your primary mission is to deliver an outstanding end-user experience and a truly proactive IT service. You'll be part of the Nordic IT leadership team, reporting directly to the Nordic CIO, and leading a small, skilled team of Support Technicians, and an IT Infrastructure Engineer.

In this role, you'll own two closely related domains:

Digital Workplace

You’ll be the driving force and operational owner behind our Microsoft 365 environment – ensuring every employee across our Nordic markets has a stable, secure, and productive digital foundation. That means owning the incident management and request fulfillment processes, developing our in-house IT support function, and maintaining a consistent end-user experience whether someone is sitting in Malmö, Helsinki, or anywhere in between.

You'll also keep a close eye on new features and emerging capabilities and actively propose improvements – because you genuinely care about how technology can help people work smarter.

IT Infrastructure

You’ll take operational ownership of our core infrastructure, networks and an outsourced data center – ensuring availability, performance, security and scalability. A part of the role is managing external infrastructure vendors: coordinating, steering, and managing SLAs while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency. Internally, you'll also establish and maintain clear, reasonable service level agreements between IT and the rest of the business as well as delivering IT Infrastructure to the Engineering teams within IT.

Together, these two domains make you the person who ensures that IT is a reliable and predictable enabler of business continuity and productivity.

What we're looking for

You may not have had formal personnel responsibility before, but you have led others through influence, for example as a senior specialist, service owner or project lead and you are ready for your next step. What matters most is that you bring structure, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to prioritize and act decisively. Experience running operational changes and coordinating readiness with internal stakeholders and external vendors is crucial.

On the technical side, you'll need:

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and digital workplace solutions

  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure

  • Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory & Entra ID

  • Strong vendor- and stakeholder management skills

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management

  • Experience from a Managed Service Provider or IT service desk environment is a genuine advantage

You express yourself clearly and confidently in both written and spoken English and Swedish.

Beyond the technical credentials, we're looking for someone with a natural curiosity about Microsoft 365 in particular – someone who follows product updates, thinks about how new features could benefit the organization, and proactively brings ideas to the table. A security-first mindset is a given as well as being hands-on when required, whether troubleshooting complex issues, guiding support flows, or evaluating a new Microsoft 365 capability.
