Data Engineer

We are now seeking a Data Engineer for one of our clients.

We are, on behalf of our client, looking for a Data Engineer with interest in robotics and data to join their team in Lund.

Requirements:
- Experience and Knowledge: 7+ years building cloud-native data platforms
- Lakehouse/data-lake patterns
- Batch and streaming pipelines strong Python and SQL
- Security/governance (IAM, encryption, RBAC/ABAC)
- GDPR/privacy engineering
- Edge-to-cloud ingestion for high throughput video/time series using open formats
- CI/CD and infrastructure as code containers
- Cost-aware architecture. (Examples: Azure/AWS/GCP, Spark, Kafka/Event Hubs, Airflow/Data Factory/Workflows.)

Personality and Working Practice:
- System thinker who favors open standards and collaborates with hardware, robotics, and legal/compliance.

Enthusiasm:
- Passion for robotics/data and delivering industrial-scale quality.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
