About the role
Join a dynamic role at the heart of our global commercial transformation,
where you will shape how we connect with customers and drive sales excellence
across industries and regions. In this position, you will lead the evolution of
our sales and customer relationship management capabilities - strengthening
processes, advancing systems, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
and collaboration. By enhancing customer insights, driving impactful change
initiatives, and building a strong global CRM community, you will play a key
role in enabling smarter decisions, stronger partnerships, and sustainable
business growth.
Responsibilities
-Strengthening the global sales and customer relationship management capabilities and processes ensuring we always work from our customers’ needs enabling a strong customer centric approach.
-Ensure global sales and customer relationship management tools and systems are in place to generate the insights needed to steer the business and positively influence the customer relationship.
-Drive continuous improvement in our global sales and customer relationship management, e.g. digitalization, simplification, global alignment facilitating standards.
-Lead global matrix teams responsible for strengthening different commercial capabilities
-Ensure best practices are generated and anchored across the business and represented in related projects such as CRM system upgrades
-Ensure global and regional outcomes from the regular customer satisfactions surveys are considered into all actions
-Facilitate learning and sharing by developing onboarding & competence building programs for relevant commercial personas and building a vibrant customer relationship management community.
-Driving commercial excellence for bigger projects as well as regular change management actions sales and customer relationship management discipline.
About you
-Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commercial Management, or a related field.
-5–10 years of proven commercial and sales experience, preferably within the food ingredients industry or a closely related B2B sector
-Strong ability to collaborate and influence across complex, matrix organizations, building alignment among diverse stakeholders.
-Deep knowledge of sales processes, tools, and methodologies, with the capability to develop and present strategic, customer-focused recommendations.
-Hands-on experience with digital transformation of commercial processes, including the effective use of AI and advanced digital tools.
-Demonstrated expertise in identifying, developing, and implementing commercial best practices aligned with organizational capability priorities.
-Strong market awareness and strategic insight, with the ability to track commercial excellence trends and translate them into practical business value.
