About the role:

As a Fullstack Developer, working with SEB Neo and the family experience, you’ll drive customer value with a strong sense of ownership and quality. You’ll develop high-traffic applications using Node.js TDD, and apply Infrastructure as Code with GCP/Kubernetes/Terraform, managing CI/CD pipelines. This includes ensuring reliability, performance tuning, and robust security through monitoring, logging, alerting, and precise access control. You will design system architectures, making long-term technical decisions while balancing speed, quality, and scalability. Experience with native app development, React Native, Kotlin backends, or server-side rendering is a plus

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Solid experience developing applications with Node.js and practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code practices (Kubernetes, Terraform) and experience with GCP or other major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments, understanding monitoring, logging, alerting, and security best practices.
A strong sense of ownership and a focus on delivering customer value while balancing trade-offs between speed, quality, and scalability.
Experience designing system architectures, making long-term technical decisions, and building high-traffic consumer applications/services.
