As a Technical Support Engineer at Scania, you will play a key role in supporting both our internal business units and our valued customers. When technical challenges arise, you’ll be the expert they turn to for guidance and solutions.
You will provide support across Scania’s full product range—including trucks, buses, and power solutions—ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly contribute to keeping our vehicles running smoothly around the world.
Job responsibilitiesWe are looking for service-oriented Support Engineers with a collaborative mindset and a passion for solving a wide range of technical challenges. Relevant engineering academic education or equivalent longer working experience within a technical field
Documented technical product knowledge and experience from a similar role and good knowledge within one or several below areas:
- BEV
- Rebuild
- Powertrain
- Electrical system (CAN/Ethernet)
- Troubleshooting (Truck, Bus, Power Solutions)
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Proven analytical skills
Extensive experience within Technical Product Support or from workshop
Documented business and retail knowledge and understanding
