Financial Crime Prevention Manager

Do you have extensive experience in banking with a strong drive for improvement? We are looking for a Manager to lead our Financial Crime Prevention team and drive the continuous development of our efforts within the area. In this role, you will have a key position in shaping our FCP work while ensuring operational excellence in daily case management.

Get an idea of the role

As Manager, you will be directly responsible for leading and developing a team of FCP investigators. Reporting directly to Head of FCP, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supporting the FCP team, ensuring efficient case handling and team development in alignment with department goals

  • Leading daily operations, including distributing workload, following up on cases, and providing hands-on support

  • Driving continuous improvements within FCP, identifying opportunities to refine processes, enhance efficiency, and reassess prior decisions and transfer them into updated work routines

  • Having line management responsibility

  • Supporting Head of FCP in strategic initiatives and ongoing improvements

On a personal level

You are driven by continuous improvement and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. With a positive and professional approach, you are confident in challenging existing ways of working and have the ability to lead change and drive operational improvements in collaboration with others. 

We believe you have:

  • 3+ years of proven background in AML/CFT, compliance or financial risk management

  • Experience leading a team or taking ownership in a leadership capacity within the same area

  • Solid understanding of KYC, ODD and EDD processes as well as AML/CTF regulations

  • Background in the financial sector, preferably within card services and/or banking

  • An academic degree in law, finance or another relevant field

  • Full professional fluency in both Swedish and English
