Technical Responsible for Test Lab Infrastructure & Calibration

Your role

Join us as the technical go-to expert for our test lab facilities and calibration processes!
In this role, you ensure that our 1,500 m² test lab runs smoothly and meets the highest standards of precision and reliability. You take ownership of the lab's infrastructure and calibration processes, combining hands-on technical problem-solving with strategic planning to maintain a safe, efficient, and continuously evolving environment for advanced testing.

Our lab supports over 20 engineers in developing industrial assembly and material handling solutions, with tests often running 24/7. Your work is critical to guarantee operational excellence, accurate measurements, and a well-functioning infrastructure.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure maintenance, safety inspections, and continuous improvement of the test lab facilities and infrastructure
• Coordinate purchases and external contractors (e.g. craftsmen and service providers)
• Manage ongoing calibration of measurement devices, including planning, execution, and documentation
• Act as a key contact to ensure that the lab environment supports efficient and reliable testing
• Maintain up-to-date documentation related to the premises and fixed infrastructure

You are part of a team responsible for the long-term development of our test lab environment and report to the Lab Manager.

To succeed, you will need

• Several years of experience from a similar role involving premises, technical infrastructure, or laboratory environments
• Interest in working in an environment with high utilization and operational demands
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Good skills in the Microsoft Office package
• Strong technical interest
• Experience working in a structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded way

Job location

The position is based in Nacka, Stockholm, and requires that the majority of the work is performed on site in the test lab.
