Are you ready to take on a strategic leadership role in a global organization known for innovation and sustainability? We are looking for a General Manager to drive operational excellence, LEAN transformation, and digitalization at our plant located in Tierp, Sweden.

Your role

As General Manager, you will lead the Tierp Plant operations toward world-class manufacturing by:
•    Driving the site’s LEAN development and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
•    Expanding digitalization and automation to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
•    Ensuring safe, high-quality, and sustainable processes across the entire value chain.
•    Aligning all activities with Atlas Copco’s commitment to being First in Mind - First in Choice.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and EHS.
•    Implement and sustain LEAN principles, delivering measurable improvements.
•    Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives and customer requirements.
•    Monitor and improve KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.
•    Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and corporate standards.
•    Drive digitalization and automation initiatives.
•    Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
•    Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures to achieve financial targets.

Job location

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Tierp, Sweden, at least four (4) days a week. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
