Project Controller, Motor Vehicle Industry

Your role

As a Global Project Controller, you will play a key role in improving project profitability and efficiency across our global operations. You will work closely with project teams and local controllers to provide insights, standardize processes, and develop tools that support smarter business decisions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyze consolidated project gross profit and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement global standards for project reporting and costing tools.
• Build dashboards and business intelligence tools to visualize efficiency and cost trends.
• Monitor work-in-progress and proactively flag financial risks.
• Partner with global and local teams to ensure accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

You are proactive, analytical, and thrive in an international environment. You enjoy working with data and turning insights into action. Strong communication skills help you collaborate effectively across cultures and functions.

What you bring:

• A university degree in finance, business, or accounting.
• A few years of experience in controlling or financial analysis.
• Excellent Excel skills and solid accounting knowledge.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience with project costing.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with SAP systems.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site in Stockholm, Sweden (SE). Our office is in Sickla/Nacka, just 10 minutes from central Stockholm.
