Finance Manager Nordics and Group

About the Role

Gazella is recruiting a Finance Manager for Nordics and Group on behalf of our client Cavotec.
We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to join our team in a dynamic, operational capacity. This position is both operational and strategic.

You will be responsible for day-to-day finance operations, including tasks at the transactional level such as invoice processing, while also ensuring compliance and accuracy across multiple Nordic countries.
You will be reporting to the VP Group Finance.

Key Responsibilities

·       Oversee finance and accounting operations across Nordic entities.

·       Ensure accurate closings, reporting and statutory compliance.

·       Manage operational tasks including invoicing, duning and reconciliations.

·       Execute operational accounting for the Group Holding

·       Drive process improvements and leverage IT systems for efficiency.

·       Manage a team of assigned Finance Employees in Nordic Countries, currently 4 FTE: Finance Manager Finland, Finance Manager Norway, Senior Accountant Sweden, Invoicing Specialist Nordics.

Requirements

·       Minimum 4 years of senior experience in manufacturing finance.

·       Master degree or Degree in Accounting.

·       Strong background in accounting and operational finance.

·       Proven stability in previous roles – we value long-term commitment.

·       IT savvy and ability to work with various ERP and IT systems.

·       Fluency in English and Swedish.

·       Experience working across multiple countries in the Nordic region.

·       Hands-on mindset with willingness to engage in operational tasks.

·       Ability to thrive in a “start-up” style environment within a larger organization.
