What you’ll do:
We're looking for an Indirect Procurement Manager who will establish and develop the indirect procurement function from the ground up, setting frameworks, processes, and long-term category strategies. You will take progressive ownership of the indirect spend portfolio and drive measurable impact across cost efficiency, supplier performance, risk management, and operational excellence, while working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Build & Develop the Indirect Procurement Function
Establish processes, tools, and governance frameworks for indirect procurement
Conduct spend analysis and structure current indirect spend into clear categories
Develop category strategies and define short- and long-term goals
Prioritize initiatives to maximize business impact and value creation
Supplier Relationship Management
Manage and develop relationships with existing suppliers
Lead regular business reviews and performance follow-ups
Define and track supplier KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Ensure ongoing supplier due diligence and risk management
Identify, deliver, and report cost-saving initiatives
Proactively manage contracts and commercial agreements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and influence sourcing decisions
Provide guidance on procurement strategies, budget planning, and cost governance
Ensure suppliers actively support Marshall’s ESG goals and ethical standards
Who we’re looking for:
Several years of experience in indirect procurement and/or sourcing
Proven ability to build processes and structure in a growing or evolving organization
Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
Demonstrated track record of delivering results against defined targets
Solid experience in contract management
Strong business acumen with the ability to assess market dynamics and risks
Analytical capability, turning data into actionable insights
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build sustainable supplier relationships
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
High integrity and respect for business ethics
A university degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
