At Firefly, we develop and sell fire prevention solutions that help industries minimize fire risks. As a Product Manager at Firefly, you will be part of a high performing and committed team that strives to increase safety for each individual customer. You will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm.

To be successful in your role, we see that you have:

  • An engineering degree, at least Bachelor of Science or similar

  • Experience as a Product Owner or Project Leader

  • Experience from an industrial environment

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

  • A valid driver’s license

  • Good knowledge of MS Office 365

You have a strong technical interest and curiosity, with the ability to understand and evaluate new technologies. You are self-driven, structured, and responsible, and enjoy taking ownership of your work. At the same time, you are team-oriented and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Management.

Meritable experience and knowledge include:

  • Product development, new product qualification, and product release

  • Cost analysis and business cases using NPV

  • Industrial production processes and subscription-based services

  • Experience from international companies

  • Knowledge or interest in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning

  • Project management knowledge (e.g. PMI)

  • Swedish

About the role

We are looking for a driven and technically curious Product Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and improving our products and applications in close collaboration with R&D, Sales, and other key stakeholders.

You will play a central role in ensuring that our products remain competitive in a global market, from early concept and qualification through to product release and lifecycle management. The role combines technical understanding, business perspective, and strong collaboration skills.

The position includes travel, approximately 10-20 days per year.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing existing and new applications for our products together with the sales organization

  • Driving new product development and improvements to current products in close collaboration with R&D, following the product development process

  • Educating the organization about our products and acting as an internal expert, supporting quotations and ongoing projects

  • Qualifying new product projects or services using business models, including cost and NPV analyses

  • Prioritizing and evaluating product initiatives together with the product department and strategic board

  • Maintaining awareness of how our products compare to key competitors in the global market

  • Supporting product release and lifecycle activities in an industrial environment
