WHAT YOU’LL DO 

You will constantly follow, react and identify new sales opportunities based on selling, customer insights and surrounding analysis. With strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and salesmanship, you ensure the right assortment impact across the markets to maximize growth and profitability. Analyzing the selling of our products and optimize the assortment planning and quantification on big categories. 

Acting in line with H&M values, you will drive the income and quantification strategy for selected divisions on Womenswear through collaboration with your closes team as well as cross-functional collaboration with global products teams and the Sothern Hemisphere sales region. You will drive and ensure that our global assortment is locally relevant and optimized for Southern Hemisphere.

Key Responsibilities: 

Responsible to optimise the best regional customer offer by using quantification and sales analysis, leveraging customer and competitors’ insights.

  • Understanding our customers and their demands for long- and short-term actions. Identify risks and opportunities from a planning perspective based on the set assortment strategy. 

  • Support the Business Controller in setting and driving the regional strategy through quantification on top products and growth drivers, planning, and structured follow-up. 

  • With a curious and selling driven mindset, conduct sales analysis to identify growth drivers and potential gaps, and translate them into actionable conclusions with the aim to make an impact and maximize the growth potential in the region. 

  • Demonstrate salesmanship & urgency for outcome. Drive a clear action focus and follow-through. 

  • Prioritize of how to make the biggest impact with the tools available and identify what actions will make the difference for growth within your scoop. 

  • Bring a solution-oriented, positive, and agile mindset to change and complexity. Drive working methods forward. 

  • Manage and optimize stock flow between markets, taking responsibility for effective moves and involving our Production offices in the process when needed. 

  • Create best collaboration with the team, sales region and relevant stakeholders. 

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with: 

  • Degree within business or related areas 

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn your analysis into actions 

  • Business and commercial mindset 

  • Informal leadership experience and stakeholder management is required 

  • Strong Communication skills 

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally 

  • Years of experience from planning, business controlling, merchandising, buying, or purchasing is meriting 

  • Experience within e-commerce is meritorious

  •  Self-motivated and take ownership to learn and to seek opportunities to improve ways of working.  

  • Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a passion for continuously refining planning and quantification methods.

This is a fulltime position based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be part of Womenswear regional team and report ro Isabella Medén. You don’t have to live in Sweden already, we welcome applications from all parts of the world and offer relocation support if needed.
