Global HRIS Process Expert - Opportunity Marketplace

Your role

As a Global HRIS Process Expert - Opportunity Marketplace, you will report to Global HR Process Lead and will be part of the Group HR team.

You will:

• Be the global system expert for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on the Opportunity Marketplace module, including Career Exploration, Individual Skill Management, and related processes.
• Bring expertise in skill profile management (e.g., Talent Intelligence Hub or similar) and understand its integration with modules like Recruiting, Performance, and Employee Central.
• Work with global HR stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and ensure the module design meets business needs now and in the future.
• Lead the implementation of the Opportunity Marketplace module, collaborating with third-party partners and internal teams to design, configure, and deploy the system.
• Ensure the Opportunity Marketplace integrates effectively with other modules, maintaining consistency across the HR system landscape.
• Present system designs, updates, and solutions to senior leaders, clearly communicating ideas and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support and continuously improve live systems by managing upgrades and ensuring stability.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to share knowledge, drive best practices, and find innovative solutions.

•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
•    3+ years of experience in HRIS implementation or support, with a focus on talent management solutions.
•    Expertise in skill profile management (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub or similar) and its interaction with other modules.
•    Hands-on experience with system configuration.
•    Preferably, experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace or similar systems like Workday.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our hub in Prague,Stockholm.
