As a Junior Brand & Motion Designer, you will be a vital member of our in-house Creative Team, contributing to the development and evolution of our unique lifestyle brand. In an industry often associated with low engagement, we are striving to build an aspirational lifestyle brand that stands out.
We are seeking a talented and versatile designer with a foundation in either graphic design or motion design, and the ability to switch seamlessly between both disciplines. You are a creative problem-solver who enjoys collaborative brainstorming sessions but is equally effective when focused on independent production work.
What about the role?
As a Junior Brand & Motion Designer, you will:
Creative Production: Participate in all phases of creative production, from initial concept development to final execution, for multi-channel B2C campaigns (including OOH, commercials, and performance marketing ads).
Content Creation: Design and produce engaging content specifically for our social media channels.
Internal Design Support: Help internal teams with various design tasks ranging from the design of customer-facing insurance terms to the creation of B2B marketing assets.
Brand Evolution: Collaborate closely with our senior designers and Creative Director to explore and implement new visual directions, ensuring the continued evolution and strength of the Hedvig brand identity.
What about you?
2 years of professional design experience, either in an agency or in-house setting.
Proven design education.
Proficiency in key industry software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and relevant motion graphics and video editing tools).
A strong, versatile portfolio demonstrating experience in both brand/graphic design and motion design projects.
An open-minded and curious attitude, with a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
A strong interest in and understanding of ideas and concepts, and how they translate into clear, effective creative work. As a small team, we value active collaboration and idea exchange.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a meticulous attention to detail.
Fluent in both Swedish and English.
