My name is Wim, and I am the Manager of the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control department for the Benelux. As a leader, I take a coaching and collaborative approach, empowering my team to take ownership, grow professionally, and achieve our goals together in a clear, results-oriented way.

Your role & influence as Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for reducing outstanding balances and improving customer payment behaviour through effective credit control, proactive collections, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of improving customer payment behaviour and reducing outstanding receivables, working closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Sales and Invoicing departments.

Core activities:

• Manage customer credit limits on an order basis to balance risk control with business needs.

• Receive, record, and reconcile customer payments while maintaining accurate account record.

• Execute collection activities, handle disputes proactively, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues efficiently.
