What you’ll do:
As our Senior eCom Experience Planner you will be working in the intersection of Marketing, Technology and Business. Together with Content Managers, CRM specialists, UX/UI designers and copywriters you will be responsible for driving execution within the Experience team that will create the optimal brand experience and business value. You will report to the Director of eCom Experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Content Managers to ensure that we show up in an optimal way and are following roadmaps and priorities. Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented, and high-performance team culture
Working close to Director of eCom Experience to act as a key liaison between strategic planning, Brand teams, Regional teams, Product launch team and Internal design agency to execute across website and CRM, connecting insights to activation
Translate strategies and business objectives into clear briefs, execution plans, timelines and oversee end-to-end execution
Develop and maintain the eCom Experience project board and calendar across website and CRM, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, product launches and promotional plans while maximizing team capacity
Ensure all experiences are compliant with brand standards, optimized and cohesive across all touchpoints on website and CRM, and delivered on schedule
Collaborate cross-functionally to align needs, anticipate dependencies, and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks that could impact execution or timelines
Review performance to identify opportunities for optimization, improvements to workflows, processes, and planning to enhance operational efficiency
Who we’re looking for:
You love to execute plans, work in teams and are excited to learn new skills and curious about how to always improve. You like to create visual depictions of approaches, suggestions and insights. The role requires you to be highly structured with an attention to details and a great ability to prioritize and make things happen. You easily cooperate across business units and like to work in a multicultural, complex, and global organization. You have very strong collaboration skills, have an eye to details and are very interested in exploring new ways and improving ways of working.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional digital initiatives
• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with CMS, CRM, and digital campaign workflows.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
• 5+ years' experience from working in a project managing role within eCom, digital marketing, content operations or related fields
• Proven experience of leading high performing teams
• Hands-on experience with tech platforms such as CMS and eCommerce systems to effectively plan, explain and execute creative ideas
• Experience in working with the consumer from a 360-degree perspective in a technical and creative environment. It’s natural for you to work towards a seamless brand experience and user journeys across touch points.
