Sourcing Manager

Tistel is a fast-growing technology company developing and producing unmanned vehicles at the intersection of AI, robotics, and high-volume manufacturing.
We are now looking for someone who wants to join them from the start and take ownership of sourcing and procurement in a fast-moving product company.

You are used to identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers – and by working closely with their engineers, you will play a key role in ensuring that they secure the right components, at the right cost, at the right time.

We believe you have:

• Experience in technical sourcing of both mechanical and electronic components
• A good grasp of how to build supplier networks – both locally and globally
• Background in high-volume production where low cost and high quality are critical
• Bonus if you have previous experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment

You are:

• Self-driven, pragmatic, and curious
• A team player with a “we’ll solve it” attitude and a hands-on approach

The role is based at our new office in central Stockholm.
Due to our security requirements, you must be a Swedish citizen.
