Operation Management Assistant to Huawei

About the Role:
Clevry is supporting Huawei in Kista in recruiting a Mid-level Operation Management Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with Huawei employees to carry out routine specialized tasks according to standard processes and guidelines, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Utilize models and methods to support analysis of basic operational data, consolidate findings, produce reports, identify issues in advance, and provide preliminary recommendations.
• Issue Tracking: Manage outstanding issues from meetings, track progress, and report any anomalies in metrics.
• Risk Identification & Assessment: Assist in identifying potential operational risks, promptly disclose issues, and support solution implementation.
• Support Capability Development: Assist with knowledge management, community platform operations, training organization, and competency/qualification (C&Q) related initiatives.
• Digital Operations:
  Support user, product, and service operations, organize briefings, communicate progress, and release operation reports.
  Promote digital operation tools and provide related training support.
  Assist in digital product testing and the development of databases and IT systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in finance analysis or accounting; Sales Finance Support experience is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in an international work environment is a plus.
• Well-structured, reliable, independent, and team-oriented; fast learner capable of supporting team members.
• Strong commitment, persistence, and self-motivation.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
