By keeping processes, systems, and documentation well-coordinated, you will contribute directly to the efficient and transparent operation of procurement across the organization.

As a Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Support Category Managers with supplier onboarding, data collection, documentation management, and compliance checks.
  • Maintain and administer procurement systems, including data updates, user support, and process improvements.
  • Register and update supplier contracts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper categorization.
  • Assist Contract Managers with contract lifecycle tasks such as renewals, amendments, status tracking, and documentation.
  • Analyze supplier invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract terms.
  • Support the creation, adjustment, and optimization of purchase order (PO) workflows and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement policies, standards, and processes are followed.
  • Support reporting and analytics activities by preparing spend analyses, vendor data summaries, and KPI tracking.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of procurement tools, templates, and administrative procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to Group Procurement as needed.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, administration, or a related field (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and identify discrepancies.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other standard office tools.
  • Great communication skills in English.

What do we offer:

  • International opportunities and working environment
  • Long-term stability
  • Extensive training and learning opportunities
