To take the next step in our digital journey, we are looking for a Marketing Technology Lead who will sharpen our tools and platforms for higher impact and better customer engagement.

You will join our global Marketing team, working closely with IT, developers, and marketing colleagues worldwide. Our mission is to create seamless digital experiences that strengthen Westermo’s brand and support sales growth.

Are you our next Marketing Technology Lead?

In this role, you will own and drive the development and maintenance of platforms for digital communication with current and future customers. You will manage and prioritise new solutions, improve existing ones, and ensure effective ownership of all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive development and maintenance of marketing technology platforms (web, marketing automation, digital asset management, SEM/SEO).
• Serve as super-user for digital tools and lead user acceptance testing.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve digital marketing performance.
• Oversee data security, compliance, and product enhancements for owned platforms.
• Manage relationships with internal users and external vendors.
• Monitor industry trends and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
• Coordinate global usage of digital marketing tools and report performance to management.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, digitalisation, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing, including project and change management.
• Strong knowledge of content management systems, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Full English proficiency and excellent presentation skills.

Meritorious

• Experience migrating between large web platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices.
• Previous experience in B2B marketing environments.
