What you’ll do:

Create and manage content for emails, banners, and in-app messages
Align communication across teams and ensure smooth execution
Upload and test content on digital platforms
Track content performance, analyze engagement, and optimize
Collaborate on side projects that make a difference in customers‘ experience

What we’re looking for:

Creative mindset and excellent writing skills
Digital marketing know-how
Ability to analyze results and act on insights
Ability to organize your work independently and take ownership of tasks
Skilled at driving projects and building smooth collaboration across teams
Higher education and 3+ years in content or communication
Fluent in Lithuanian and English

Nice-to-have extras:

Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
Familiarity with marketing automation tools
