About role:

You will be a Payroll Delivery Specialist in SEB’s Workforce Management and Payroll team, you’ll ensure accurate and timely payroll services. From maintaining personnel data and processing salaries to handling taxation, reporting and analysis, your expertise will make a real impact. You’ll also contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing in a team that values collaboration, growth and innovation.

As Payroll Delivery Specialist you will be responsible for:

Payroll related deliveries
Maintaining personnel information in different HR systems
Processing salary calculations such as vacation, sickness, employment benefits, other compensation etc.
Salary payments, deductions, benefits, social securities, taxation and bookkeeping of the salary related costs
Providing internal and external reporting
Statistics and analysis
Contribute to improvement ideas as we continuously looking for new ways of working
Contributing to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues

Who we are looking for:

Experience from payroll end-to-end deliveries
Understanding of payroll systems, bookings, reporting and taxation
Outgoing & positive team player
Curious and like to explore new solutions
Attentive to details
Asset logical thinking, positive mindset, perseverance and an inquisitive mind that helps you to learn
Great in MS Excel and willing to learn new things
