About this Opportunity
As a Service Support Operative, you’ll be an essential member of our Sales and Service Support team in Belgium, the driving force behind smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences. Acting as the first point of contact for both Field Service Engineers and customers, you play a key role in ensuring that all service activities are scheduled accurately and followed up efficiently. You’ll also support your colleagues, provide backup when needed, and coordinate the calibration of tools. Through your proactive approach and attention to detail, you help us meet contractual commitments, deliver high-quality service, and uphold the exceptional standards that our customers rely on every day.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of service activities. You’ll act as the link between customers, Field Service Engineers, and internal teams, making sure all service work is planned, executed, and followed up accurately.
Some of your daily tasks:
• Manage and coordinate schedules for preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Prepare and process service activities, including creating and tracking orders in SAP.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to align on planning and updates.
• Support ongoing process improvements and act as backup for colleagues when needed.
What You Will Bring
To be successful in this position, you combine strong organizational skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset. You communicate clearly, work accurately, and thrive in a dynamic service environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Strong administrative and planning skills in a technical/commercial B2B environment; experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus.
• Quality-oriented team player with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
