About this Opportunity
As a Sales Support Operative, you’ll be an essential part of our Sales and Service Support team in Belgium, ensuring the smooth execution of sales administration activities that are managed locally. You’ll take ownership of order processing, complaint handling, and customer support, acting as a key link between our internal teams and customers. In addition, you’ll coordinate and follow up on installation projects for our products in hospitals, ensuring everything runs seamlessly from order to completion. With your strong organizational skills, customer focus, and attention to detail, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence and delivering the high-quality experience our customers expect and deserve.
What You Will Do
In this role, you’ll play a central role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the high quality of handling of sales and project-related processes. You’ll support both customers and colleagues by managing daily operations with precision and care, from processing orders and coordinating installations to maintaining clear communication across departments. Your ability to stay organized, anticipate needs, and resolve issues efficiently will be key to keeping our service operations running smoothly and our customers fully satisfied.
Some of your daily tasks:
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and external parties via phone and email, providing excellent service and support.
• Manage sales orders in SAP, from accurate entry and procurement coordination to timely delivery and invoicing.
• Follow up on installation projects in hospitals, coordinating with Project Managers, Service, and Sales to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle CRM leads, Salesforce cases, and customer complaints, ensuring proper registration, communication, and resolution.
What You Will Bring
To succeed in this role, you bring a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, combining a customer-focused mindset with a calm, solution-oriented approach. You are analytical, adaptable to new systems and processes, and have a keen eye for detail.
We believe that you have the following qualifications:
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Salesforce (particularly Salesforce Cases) and SAP is a significant advantage.
• A quality-oriented team player with excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
