About the Role:
Our global client is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with a strong background in aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations. This position is ideal for a professional who combines deep domain expertise in aircraft maintenance with hands-on experience in SAP modules such as SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and Service Delivery. Experience within defense or military aviation environments will be considered a strong advantage. You will play a key role in driving SAP+MRO system implementation and optimization initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology with aviation operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP+MRO implementation and optimization projects across aviation maintenance operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map operational processes and translate them into effective SAP+MRO solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with aviation and defense standards.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for aircraft maintenance planning, execution, and lifecycle management.
• Conduct blueprint workshops, prepare documentation, and support solution design activities.
• Provide remote support with occasional on-site visits for workshops, assessments, or implementation support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the aviation industry, with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft MRO planning, execution, and management processes.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SD, MM, and Service Delivery modules.
• Strong understanding of aviation-specific MRO systems and SAP integration points.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships in a remote environment.
• Experience in defense or military aviation projects is highly advantageous
