We’re hiring a Customer Success Specialist(s) to help our SME customers get maximum value from Clevry.

Your role

You will own client onboarding, training and assessment support and contract renewals in SME client segment. You’ll run our support experience day to day, including chatbot training and knowledge base content. You will get to work closely with our platform clients across different industries and regions.

What you’ll do

  • Onboard and support customers through customer lifecycle by delivering trainings, standard support/assessment services
  • Operate our support channel according to SLAs and update/maintain Clevry Knowledge Base and chatbot content library
  • Run review and renewal calls with SME customers
  • Drive adoption and measurable outcomes, monitor health, usage and intervene early to de‑risk churn
  • Identify upsell/referral signals and hand qualified opportunities to Sales
  • Capture testimonials and share product feedback internally

What you’ll bring

  • 1–3 years in B2B customer-facing roles (Success/Support/Implementation)
  • Assessment and psychology exposure
  • Full working proficiency in English (Finnish and Swedish are considered as advantage)
  • Client-centric communication and problem-solving
  • Process discipline, empathy and a bias to action
  • Comfort with commercial talk, analytics and dashboards
  • Basic Excel and CRM skills
