Marketing Manager - Nordics

Your role

We are seeking a high potential person with a can-do attitude to take on the Marketing Manager role in the Nordic Customer Center. In this position you are part of the management team and will shape the future for our customer center. You will be responsible for a team of product managers and digital marketing specialists who all have the goal of driving profitable sustainable growth.

You will be working closely with many different functions within the customer center and the division to best support our customers. Your mission will be to establish your area as a global benchmark in how we launch products, communicate, and bring value to our end customers.

Main tasks include:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Inspire, coach, and grow a high-performing marketing team across direct and indirect reports.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Product Marketing Excellence

  • Manage the product lifecycle strategy to maximize customer value.
  • Lead pricing strategy and drive ongoing optimization.
  • Champion segment insights and value-driven activities to support business lines in reaching their goals.
  • Drive impactful marketing initiatives across all Nordic markets — hands-on and close to our customers.

Digital Marketing & Communications

  • Create and execute a communication plan for internal and external stakeholders towards customers and employer branding.
  • Lead the planning and execution of key meetings including our annual event, customer engagements, and digital launches.

Customer Center of the Future (CCotF)

  • Head the implementation of our CCotF strategy, shaping the future of how we drive success and efficiency

Management Team Engagement

  • Play an active and strategic role in the management team, contributing to decision-making and board-level discussions.
  • Define and execute a unified marketing strategy for the Nordic Customer Center, integrating product management, digitalization, and communication.

To succeed, you will need

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering or similar
  • Strong interest in marketing and sales
  • Ability to combine technical knowledge with commercial thinking
  • Previous experience from leadership positions
  • Software and IT experience is a merit
  • To be outgoing, driven, structured, and a creative team player
  • Previous experience working within diversity and inclusion is considered a merit
  • Fluent in Swedish and English. Other languages, specifically Nordic, are a merit

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our HQ in Sickla, Sweden.
