As an Upgrades Sales Support Specialist, you will manage upgrade inquiries, support sales activities, and strengthen relationships with Market organisations. You will play a key role in promoting our upgrade portfolio and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Handle upgrade inquiries and support sales processes.
• Act as the main contact for Market organisations in assigned markets.
• Build strong relationships and provide technical expertise to customers.
• Promote upgrade solutions through presentations, webinars, and workshops.
• Execute small upgrade projects and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Gather market insights and contribute to business development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
