  • Proven background in C&I rooftop PV delivery or on-site renewable projects
  • Strong understanding of Italian permitting processes, construction standards, and grid connection
  • Technical knowledge of PV system design, inverters, and mounting solutions
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience using project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.)
  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel between Amsterdam and Italy (or from Helsinki/Frankfurt if based there)

Why join Solnet?

  • Purpose-driven work – Contribute to meaningful climate solutions with real-world impact
  • The Solnet Spirit – Join a supportive, ambitious, and values-driven team that champions caring, flexibility, courage, and inspiration
  • Benefits – Reimbursement for cultural (museum cards, concert, theatre tickets) and sports (gym membership, fitness classes) activities and a bike lease benefit
  • Laptop and mobile phone provided so you're fully equipped from day one
  • Initial 12-month fixed-term contract with the intention to transition to a permanent role
  • Excellent growth opportunities within Solnet’s expanding international organization
  • Hybrid work flexibility with opportunities to travel across Europe - primarily in Italy - for exciting project collaborations.
