SAS is seeking a dedicated Revenue Management System Specialist to join our Revenue Management department. Our goal is to be an industry leader in revenue management, and the continuous development and optimal utilization of our RMS is critical to achieving this. As a Revenue Management System Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring best practices for system usage, managing day-to-day operations and driving system development in co-operation with our suppliers. You will be part of a cross-functional team of system specialists, collaborating closely with revenue managers, BI analysts, and data scientists to lay the foundation for improving SAS's revenue performance.  

Challenges you will work on:

 

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our Revenue Management (RM) system and processes operate at their full potential. You will:

  • Provide support and training to RM analysts to ensure optimal use of the Revenue Management System.

  • Collaborate closely with RM teams to promote best practice processes from both commercial and system perspectives.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Revenue Management System in partnership with our system provider.

  • Drive new system development and calibration initiatives to enhance performance and accuracy.

  • Implement and maintain centralized RM controls that align with commercial objectives.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Revenue Management to identify and recommend improvements and new tools.

To be successful, we believe you have:

 

The ideal candidate acts as a true translator — someone who combines deep knowledge of revenue management systems with strong business acumen. You are a proactive and structured specialist, curious by nature and ready to take on responsibility.

  • A strong understanding of current and emerging paradigms in revenue management systems — experience with an RM system is required, preferably Amadeus Altéa Network RMS.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for effective collaboration.

  • A growth mindset and adaptability to change.

  • A proactive and organized approach to development.

  • An academic degree in a relevant field.

  • Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period 
  • This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
