Discover yourself professionally and join the Service Desk Lithuania team that is part of  IT services operations team in Baltics, which provides a first-line support to users about information systems and computer equipment.



As an IT Support Specialist, you will be:

  • 1st level technical support to Banks employees
  • Receiving, processing and resolving user applications via telephone and remote desktop management
  • Expertly troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Managing user accounts, access permissions, and password resets with precision
  • Handling efficiently application registration and support.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • User-level knowledge of the Windows operating system;
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes;
  • Ability to learn quickly and willingness to help others;
  • Experience with incident bulletin processing;
  • Good Lithuanian and English language skills to be able to convincingly and easily explain to Baltic users how to perform certain technical actions over the phone.
