About the role

We’re looking for a Consultant to join our executive search team in Stockholm. You’ll work with some of Sweden’s most exciting growth companies — start-ups, scale-ups, listed players, and PE/VC-backed ventures.

• Drive leadership search assignments end-to-end
• Meet and work with founders, CEOs, and decision-makers to define roles and opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with leaders and companies, whether we place someone today or in the future
• Collaborate with researchers and teammates in projects, combining your experience with the team’s strength to deliver impact
• Spot, shape, and win new opportunities through your network and our broader community
  

This is a mix of independence and collaboration. You’ll drive your own projects, but you’ll never work alone.

About you

Maybe you’re an experienced executive search consultant. Maybe you’ve been a founder or senior leader and know firsthand what it takes to build and scale. Either way, you’re driven by the challenge of spotting leadership potential and matching it with big ambitions.

• Has hands-on experience in executive search or building and scaling teams, particularly within the tech industry
• You are curious, analytical, and quick to grasp what companies need at each stage of their journey
• You’re persistent and share the passion for matching the right leaders with the right opportunities
• Puts people and relationships first — because executive search is fundamentally about understanding and connecting with people
