We are now looking for a Customer Success Lead to accelerate growth and strengthen client outcomes.

Your role

You will own and drive Clevry’s Customer Success function - building strategy, leading execution, and ensuring every client achieves measurable results. This role combines strategic leadership (20%) with hands-on execution and team leadership (80%).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and refine our Success strategy aligned with revenue goals.
  • Lead Customer Success, Onboarding, and Account Management for key clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Psychologists, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to maximize upsell opportunities and drive NRR.
  • Define and track Customer Success KPIs, budget, and delivery plans.
  • Mentor and support the Customer Success team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Perfect and implement our Customer Success playbook, onboarding, and account management processes.
  • Drive cross-selling between platform, consultancy, and RPO services.
  • Ensure consistent client communication and quality execution across campaigns, launches, and initiatives.

Goals

  • Grow ARR and drive NRR
  • Maximize upselling and expansion opportunities within our client base.
  • Deliver automation in support, onboarding, and client processes (AI chatbot, Heygen, AI Co-Recruiter).
  • Secure referrals and testimonials.

About you

  • Experience leading Customer Success, Account Management, or related functions in SaaS
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of upselling and driving ARR/NRR.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
