Student worker - Service portfolio and business development.

Siemens Electrification and Automation in Sweden is looking for a motivated student worker to support the development and structuring of our service portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to take part in building a portfolio of services that will drive customer value, while gaining valuable industry and business experience. If the collaboration is successful, we hope you will continue as a student worker with us until graduation-and ideally grow into a permanent role at Siemens thereafter.

We offer you:

  • The chance to help structure and develop our service portfolio within electrification and automation.
  • Responsibility for creating clear and professional presentations, documentation, and meeting protocols.
  • An active role in improving and organizing our back-end processes and tools.
  • Close collaboration with experienced Siemens colleagues across multiple functions.
  • A paid role with flexible working hours (approximately 1-2 days per week), where studies remain your top priority.

Your professional profile:

  • Master's student in Electrical Power Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, preferably in your 3rd or 4th year.
  • Based in Stockholm, or with regular access to the Stockholm area.
  • Strong interest in service business development, portfolio management, and process structuring.
  • Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and able to present complex topics in a structured way.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.

What you will do:

  • Support the design and structuring of Siemens' service portfolio within electrification and automation.
  • Prepare and refine presentations and communication material for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take meeting minutes, follow up on action points, and contribute to project documentation.
  • Organize and streamline back-end processes, tools, and templates.
  • Gain valuable insights into the electrification and automation service business and the daily work at Siemens.
