As our Loyalty Project Manager you play a key role in enhancing customer value, reinforcing brand strength, and driving sales growth through strategic leadership of the Global loyalty and CRM agenda. You work towards achieving aligned and cross-functional goals, which helps improve omni-channel sales performance across all areas of your work. Your efforts drive customer base growth, increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and directly support the growth and success of the H&M Membership Program. In close collaboration with the sales team, you support commercial activities, all in accordance with H&M's values, standards, policies, and procedures.
