Experienced IT Analyst to our agile development at TRATON R&D

We are looking for a Business IT Analyst for our agile development at TRATON R&D. The team is developing solutions to provide digitalized processes, methods, and tools within the Embedded Systems development process.

Job Responsibilities

You will be part of an agile department that is responsible for all elements of application development. The team is using agile methodology with sprints, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives in close collaboration with appointed method developers/Product Owners, and tool developers. The teams involved are managing, configuring, and developing a variety of tools to support our business.

You will work with process mapping, understanding the business flow, identifying inputs and outputs, and documenting your progress to align with users and PO, and share/give input to the rest of the teams. Your delivery is a crucial part in creating an aligned user journey for our users, and will help our developers to understand the customer needs we have in TRATON globally.

Who You Are

You need to have experience with tools and methods used for process mapping and analyzing business needs. Strongly meriting is also previous development experience, as well as an embedded automotive background.

· Has social skills in combination with communication skills, to be able to drive discussions with other R&D functions regarding Polarion structure and usage

· Likes to collaborate with colleagues and enjoys dialogues and discussions to find the best solutions

· Is actively looking for business understanding and is eager to learn about Product Development within R&D

· Has the commitment and motivation to work with others to develop, deliver, simplify and improve.

· Is passionate about agile system development and acts as a true team player, but is also capable of working independently when required

· Has an innovative mindset and would like to make a difference. Education University degree, technical or within IT Language English, other TRATON languages are meriting

 Meriting

· Knowledge about ISO26262 or UNECE r155

· Knowledge about TRATON´s electrical system and/or embedded systems in vehicles.
