Job Responsibilities• Line manager for a unit with Software Architects, Solution Architects and Software developers
• Budget responsibility for your unit and actively contribute to Lean Portfolio Management
• Align team capabilities with strategic business goals through capacity planning, team and skill development, ensuring focus on delivering (customer) value.
• Active participation in the section and flow management teams
• Care and develop our interfaces to other parts of our global organisation, both co-developers and customers
• Mentoring product teams in our Software Factory Flow landscape
You are an ambitious and eager leader thriving in a changing environment, never losing focus on people or development. You engage and are involved in everyone´s personal development as well as the development of our products, processes and our organisation. You have a background in IT or embedded development and can see the possibilities even if there are lots of unknowns to sort out.
• Bachelor's or higher education in Data Science, Software Development, Embedded development or similar
• Experience of management roles and leadership in an agile software development environment including embedded and/or IT with focus on product development
• Working language to most extent English both written and spoken.

Our section is currently driving a transformation in how we, as TRATON incl brands, develop product software. We are responsible for the tooling used in the embedded product development process and are involved from ideation to deployment/release through the products we develop and deliver. We both develop in-house and customise 3rd party tools to fit the needs of TRATON.
Our core is systems engineering and creating the best possible conditions for our internal users, so they can develop and deploy their embedded functionality for all our TRATON products.
The section consists of six units, where four are located in Sweden (Södertälje), one in Germany (Munich) and one in the USA (Lisle).
The position location is in Sweden (Södertälje)
