About the role:
The team Customer Analytics & Digital Experience at Clas Ohlson is responsible for the customer experience across our own digital channels, our loyalty program, and all customer strategy and analytics initiatives. Within the CRM area we manage everything from strategic planning and insights to production, execution, daily performance, and ongoing optimization. Our work spans omni-channel activations, ensuring profitable, personalized, and engaging communication to Clas Ohlson’s most loyal customers; soon to be 6 million Club Clas members.
As our new Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing both automated and campaign-driven communications across our digital channels. Working across the entire customer lifecycle - from activation and engagement to retention and reactivation - you will help bring lifecycle strategies to life by building effective, data-driven programs tailored to specific segments. Your focus will be on driving member activation, satisfaction, and sales through smart marketing automation that supports our overall customer objectives.

You are a data-driven, tech-savvy marketer who enjoys working hands-on with marketing automation tools and brings strong analytical and strategic thinking. You enjoy improving customer journeys through testing and personalization, and take pride in turning insights into clear, engaging communication. You are a collaborative team player and explains ideas clearly – and you’re not afraid to get into the details, whether it’s building an email, setting up a workflow, or analyzing results.
We see that you have:
Language skills: Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian and English in both speech and writing (Finnish is considered a plus).
In this position, you can be based at any of our offices (Stockholm, Insjön, Oslo or Helsinki). You will report to Head of Customer Analytics & Digital Experience and be part of a team dedicated to enhancing customer experience and strategy across our own channels, including CRM and e-commerce.
