As a Duty Station Manager, you will:Play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time airport operations across Spain and Portugal. You will be responsible for supervising ground handling operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving performance to meet SAS' high standards. In this role, you'll be at the frontline of our operation, solving problems, optimizing processes, and delivering top-notch service to our passengers.
Challenges you will work on:In this exciting and dynamic role, you will oversee airport operations for Palma de Mallorca Airport and support other airports in Spain and Portugal, two strategically important markets for SAS. You will tackle the challenge of ensuring punctuality and safety for over 6,000 annual departures. As the main point of contact at the airport, you will work closely with ground handling partners, subcontractors, airport authorities, and regulatory bodies to optimize daily operations and solve issues efficiently. Your ability to collaborate and lead by example will be key to maintaining high standards.

In this role you will report to the Station Manager and Regional Manager.
