We’re looking for a proactive, technically skilled, and customer-focused new team member to join Polestar’s Customer Experience (CX) team as an Engagement Specialist. You have a passion for operational excellence, a strategic mindset, and a desire to create the change we know is needed.
The opportunity
As an Engagement Specialist, you will serve as the vital link between local Customer Engagement teams and Polestar HQ. The role is operational where you will handle escalated cases but also represent the operational voice within HQ, ensuring that market needs are heard, understood, and acted upon. You’ll support local operations, drive performance improvements, and ensure that the customer experience remains at the heart of everything we do.
This role involves regular collaboration with technical teams, partners, and stakeholders across the organization. You’ll also lead and participate in projects and forums to ensure the operational perspective is integrated into strategic initiatives.
This position is based at Polestar HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

As a CX Engagement Specialist, your main role is to support and connect local Customer Engagement teams with HQ, ensuring seamless communication, operational alignment, and continuous improvement.
