Business/ IT Requirement Analyst for Accounts & Payments | SEB, Solna

The area of Cash Management is undergoing a major transformation, both from a business and market perspective but also from an architectural perspective. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the transformation by working with requirements in the Payments area.

 

About the role:

As a Business/Requirement Analyst at SEB you will play a key part in our transformation journey when building the future of payment solutions. In this role you will work cross teams to collect and write requirements in tight collaboration with your different stakeholders.


You will be a part of the Payments and Reporting area and work against several teams, as we work cross-functionally. You will get the opportunity to discuss problems and opportunities with over ten other Business Analysts but still be self-governing and plan your own schedule. Your daily work will entail taking lead, coordinating and driving refinement work. You will also analyze and translate business needs into functional and system requirement specifications. Communication with stakeholders at all different levels (business-/operation experts, product management, architects, development teams, QA, subject matter experts…) to set the requirements and scope will also be a part of your everyday work life. 

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

  • Worked as a Business Analyst at least 10 years in an agile environment and are used to document requirements in a structured manner
  • You have a technical background, a technical education and/or have been working as a developer or tester
  • You are used to be involved in many initiatives at the same time and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and are structured and with excellent attention to detail
  • You are used to coordinating and networking and using your communicative ability when working with stakeholder management in several areas
  • As a person you have a strong drive and like to take initiatives, and you can define a task even if it initially is vague. You are pragmatic, adaptable and prestigeless
  • You have experience of collecting requirements directly from stakeholders
  • You are used to working directly against development teams with developers/testers
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge/experience within the payments and reporting area would be considered as advantage
