Lead end-to-end client journeys – Guide clients through the full lifecycle of onsite energy projects (solar PV, BESS, EV infrastructure), from business case development to implementation and operation

Drive seamless delivery – Collaborate with engineering, project management, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction

Support feasibility and design – Contribute to early project phases, including site visits and desktop research, to help shape viable and cost-effective solutions

Optimize client outcomes – Build transparent business cases and help clients understand and improve total cost of ownership (TCO)

Identify growth opportunities – Spot potential to expand services within existing accounts and support new business development

Represent the company – Serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador in client interactions and at key industry events

Location: Amsterdam (preferred) or other Solnet hubs: Frankfurt / Helsinki (Hybrid – with regular travel in Europe)

What you’ll achieve

🎯 First 3 months - Onboarding & Insight: Gain full handover of the account(s) and ongoing opportunities/projects from the current account owner. Understand the key stakeholders and decision dynamics. Define an initial account plan and build internal alignment around priorities.

🎯 First 6 months - Relationship & Opportunity development: Actively lead ongoing projects toward commercial close and implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams. Strengthen existing relationships and identify and initiate new opportunities and (strategic) initiatives aligned with the client’s business priorities and Solnet’s solution portfolio.

🎯 First 12 months - Commercial Delivery & Expansion: Deliver measurable commercial results from the account. Expand the account across new markets, regions and/or solution areas. Establish the account as a long-term strategic partnership.
