Finance Business Partner to Treeco Group

Gazella is currently recruiting an initiative-taking and communicative Finance Business Partner to Treeco – the Nordic market leader in its segment. In the role of Finance Business Partner, you will have significant responsibility for developing financial control and continuously improving the group’s financial processes through your own initiatives. You will work closely with the central management team and report directly to the group’s CEO.

Your Challenge

In the role of Finance Business Partner to Treeco Group, your tasks will include:

• Responsible for developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial/operational KPIs for the group's companies.
• Develop and enhance reporting structures, ensuring unified, data-driven reporting across subsidiaries. Focus on identifying and analysing relevant financial and operational KPIs to support business development and improve decision-making by understanding business drivers.
• Compile and consolidate financial information, especially KPIs, from the group's companies.
• Oversee and ensure accurate and reliable financial figures for reporting – including a seamless audit process (Financial control).
• Manage and improve the use of BI systems and consolidation tools, focusing on strengthening data definitions, structure (financial and operational), data layers, analysis tools, and visualization connections.
• Identify and drive improvements in financial processes and data management.
• Support the CEO in creating high-impact presentations and reports based on extensive data and analysis, developing clear messages to enhance decision quality.

Experience

We are looking for someone with an academic degree and at least five years of experience as a controller, ideally in digitally-driven and fast-paced environments. You have a broad financial understanding and experience in both financial control and analysis. Experience from Big 4 or a similar advisory role is a plus. You have previously been involved in system projects and process improvements, where you actively contributed to developing and streamlining the finance function. To succeed in the role, you need to have very good knowledge of Excel and be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
