WHAT YOU’LL DO​ 
As a Senior Business Expert within our Retail Tech team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of H&M Group’s in-store checkout and payment experience. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll work across teams and markets to drive innovation, improve customer journeys, and support the transformation of our global Checkout solutions. 

  • Drive the product strategy for checkout and payment solutions across H&M Group’s global retail operations. 

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, business experts, and tech teams to define requirements, evaluate product performance, and implement improvements. 

  • Be a vital part in our POS transformation by setting requirements and supporting our transformation initiatives. 

  • Act as a key link between retail and our tech function, with the responsibility to capture and define technical requirements that align with business needs. 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​ 

You’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative cross-functional team within the Retail Tech area of the Customer Development & Growth function. This team brings together expertise in product management, business analysis, design, and data to shape the future of our in-store checkout and payment experience. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across different regions and time zones, reflecting the global nature of both our organization and the solutions we build. 

WHO YOU ARE​ 

We are looking for people with…​ 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • A background in business development or product development, ideally within the consumer retail industry. 

  • Experience working with data-heavy, logical products and a strong interest in IT systems and customer experience. 

  • Experience with change management and user training methodologies. 

  • Familiarity with POS and payment solutions is a bonus

  • Analytical, structured, and data-driven, with a genuine interest in improving retail experiences.​ 

  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. 

  • Curious, open-minded, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.​ 

  • Passionate about agile ways of working, with experience in Scrum and tools like Jira, and comfortable collaborating across global teams
